Stavely & District Museum Society

We are located on the corner of 49th Ave and 52nd St.  Our doors

officially opened in 1989 after two years of collecting, organizing

and accessioning.  We could never have accomplished such a task

had it not been a Community effort.

Our collection consists of many fine displays such as:

General Store

Old Kitchen

Old Bedroom

Old Church Organ

Beauty Parlor

School

Sports

Military

Other areas depict a Pioneer Home with many family treasures and memorabilia.  One of our prized outdoor treasures is a unique 1903 Altman Taylor Threshing Machine.

The museum is open for public viewing Friday, Saturday and Sundays from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., June 1st to August 31st.  Admission is a donation.  Private museum visits may be arranged by calling or contacting members listed below.

Come on out and see what we have in our Museum, it is truly amazing.  Lots of local history, and just fun displays to look at.
