Within the Municipal Government Act in section 75.2 (2) it states;
A council must make available for public inspection the annual
Municipal Government Act – RSA 2000 Chapter M-26
financial statements and any other reports that it receives from a
controlled corporation under subsection (1).
Therefore the Town of Stavely has the 2023 Financial Statement available for viewing below.
