Below are printable Bylaws along with application forms for licenses and permits within the Town of Stavely. We highly encourage you to review each bylaw prior to completing applications/forms.

Once your application is complete please bring same to the Town Office during regular office hours with payment or email them to cao@stavely.ca. Your application will be processed after payment.

Business License Application & Renewal

Please review the Business License bylaw prior to filling out the application. Once the application is filled out you can either email or bring it into the Town Office during regular business hours. A payment will be needed as per application form.

Apply for a Regional Business License which authorizes you to do business in the Town of Stavely along with partner communities.

Dog License

Please review the Animal Control Bylaw prior to filling out the Dog License Form. Once the application is filled out you can bring it into the Town Office during regular hours or email the form. A fee is required.

Development Permit

Stavely’s Land Use Bylaw outlines requirements when developing. Please review the Land Use Bylaw for any questions you may have. A Development permit is attached below along with a time extension for the development permit.

Demolish/Removal Permit

Below is the Land Use Bylaw which outlines guidelines requirements related to demolition and removal of buildings. Please review this bylaw prior to completing the demolition document.

Sign Permit

Below is the Land Use Bylaw explaining the requirements regarding signs on building. A sign permit application is attached below and it is strongly encouraged that the Land Use Bylaw is reviewed prior to completing the application form.

Home Occupation Permit
